Position Name: Test Engineer (EVIF)
Location: Fort Meade, MD
Position Type: Full-time Permanent - HYBRID REMOTE
Security Clearance: Active Secret Clearance
Salary Range: Max $140K with Full benefits
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree and 8 years of experience; additional years of experience may be substituted in lieu of a degree.
• Experience with effectively detecting, tracking, reporting, and communicating test defects.
• Experience with the life cycle of software in military simulation systems.
• Familiar with agile development methodologies and test-driven development.
• Expertise in the Atlassian tool suite, to include JIRA and Confluence
• Current IAT Level II or higher Certification such as Security or CISSP
• Proven ability to lead and motivate a team of engineers.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in software testing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

• Possess a current Secret clearance.
