What are the responsibilities and job description for the Oracle Expense Automation Analyst (OR Fusion Finance) position at Maarut Inc?
- Oracle Fusion Finance Techno Functional Practitioner with Minimum 10 yrs experience and Specialization in P2P domain
- Design & support the automation of procurement processes within financial systems.
- Primarily working on “Expense Automation” project. Helping drives future state processes. Analyze data in data platforms and vendor systems.
- Document workflows and enhance data management in source-to-pay tools.
- Work closely with finance teams to streamline expense processing.
- Strong business and data analysis skills
- Analysis of documentation such as process flows
- Understanding of procurement platforms (such as Zycus) / source to pay platforms nice to have
- Strong understanding of expense automation processes, system integrations, compliance requirements and user experience optimization
- Analyze current expense management workflows and implement process improvements areas & solution for efficiency
- Monitor expense data accuracy, audit trails and payment check/regulation mechanism
- Work closely with finance, accounting, procurement, and IT Teams to align expense automation with business requirements
- Ensure compliance with corporate policies, VAT, Taxation, and other global tax regulations
