We’re looking for a Talent Acquisition & Sourcing Partner to help us attract top talent and build a strong, diverse workforce that reflects our mission. This is a temporary role (6 months) covering a leave of absence, offering a unique opportunity to make an immediate impact on our hiring efforts. What You’ll Do:
- Develop and execute forward-thinking recruitment strategies to attract high-quality candidates.
- Partner with leadership and hiring managers to ensure a seamless and inclusive hiring process.
- Build and nurture a pipeline of diverse talent through networking, partnerships, and innovative sourcing techniques.
- Serve as a brand ambassador for MAB, ensuring candidates understand our impact and values.
- Optimize our applicant tracking system and use data-driven insights to improve hiring outcomes.
What We’re Looking For:
- 10 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a nonprofit, healthcare, or mission-driven environment.
- Strong ability to build relationships with hiring managers, candidates, and community partners.
- Expertise in sourcing, networking, and leveraging recruitment platforms to attract top talent.
- Passion for diversity, equity, and inclusion in hiring practices.
- A strategic thinker who thrives in a fast-paced, resource-conscious setting.
