Mabbett provides consulting services to a wide variety of clients, including those in the healthcare, biotechnology, research and development industries, as well as federal agencies and academia.
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Vice President of Environmental Compliance, Health, and Safety (ECHS) to join our senior leadership team. This key role will oversee and drive the strategic direction of the firm’s environmental compliance technical services, and growth of our ECHS services, ensuring compliance with federal regulations while promoting a culture of safety and sustainability.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience working with Federal government clients, a proven track record of leading high-performing teams, and a passion for creating impactful environmental solutions. This position includes the managing and execution of large-scale federal projects nationwide, while also leading the group’s business development initiatives in alignment with the firm’s growth objectives.
As a member of the firm’s Senior Management Team, you will have a significant role in shaping the direction of the environmental compliance, health and safety practice. There is further growth potential, including promotion to the Executive Management Team.
Responsibilities
- Lead the ECHS Group, serving as a Senior Program Director and Senior Project Manager for high-value projects.
- Provide senior-level technical consulting and project management services to select clients.
- Oversee the daily operations of the Group.
- Develop and implement marketing and business development strategies to grow the practice area.
- Ensure the delivery of high-quality technical reports and project deliverables through senior-level QA / QC.
- Supervise, mentor, and train team members, fostering a culture of excellence and growth.
- Respond to client inquiries, prepare scopes of work, and manage proposals and project budgets.
- Travel, as needed, for project execution, marketing, and business development activities.
