Join our growth-driven Seed Series startup as a full-time Growth Marketing Manager or Senior Manager.

Reporting directly to the Director of Growth, in this role, you'll be at the forefront of building and executing innovative marketing strategies to drive customer engagement and growth. This dynamic role will lead the charge on several initiatives including but not limited to : promotional and lifecycle campaigns, sales enablement development, and maintenance and optimization of our CRM instance.

Responsibilities :

Plan promotional calendar and curate shoppable collections and marketing emails accordinglyBuild lifecycle email campaigns, identifying areas of opportunity to increase conversion and / or order velocityAssist in developing sales enablement assets including presentations, demos, and curated product collectionsMaintain organic social programming calendar and strategy for growing reach and engagementMonitor, analyze and report on social and email performance relevant to the success of the businessProvide insights and recommendations based on data to optimize future campaignsCollect, analyze and deliver competitive research on a regular cadenceOptimize and maintain Mable CRM (Hubspot) including segmentation, workflows, contact management etc.Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, business or related field preferred (or equivalent experience)3-5 years of experience in a digital marketing / growth roleExperience with ecommerce is a plus, preferably in a smaller environment with experience owning marketing projects from beginning to endStrong strategic and creative problem-solving skillsExceptional interpersonal, verbal and written communication skillsStrong writing skills and a sharp attention to detailProven ability to assess and order priorities, juggle multiple tasks, and anticipate / plan ahead in an ever-changing environmentExperience with a CRM system, preferably HubspotPreference for startup environmentWillingness to travel to 3-5 tradeshows / year
