Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate CNC and manual machines to perform precision machining operations
- Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications to determine machining operations
- Select and install tooling, fixtures, and attachments for machining operations
- Monitor machine operations to ensure quality and adherence to specifications
- Make adjustments to machine settings as necessary to maintain product quality
- Perform routine maintenance on machines and equipment
- Inspect finished products using precision measuring instruments such as micrometers and calipers
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machine performance or product quality
Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CNC Machinist
- Proficiency in operating CNC and manual machines, including lathe and milling machines
- Strong mechanical knowledge and understanding of machining processes
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications
- Knowledge of programming CNC machines is a plus
Skills:
- Proficient in operating CNC machines, including lathe and milling machines

You will report to the Production Supervisor and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives, ensuring efficiency and excellence in our manufacturing operations.
