Credit Analyst/Accounts Receivable

Position: Credit Analyst - AP

Location: Rochester, NY Shift: M-F 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Job Summary:

Monitor the performance of clients and end debtors while making recommendations and/or taking actions to ensure the integrity of the collateral portfolio.

Job Description

Analyze the client's position and its ability to handle the current obligation due to the Advance.

This includes analysis of the size of the portfolio, the concentration of the portfolio, current liens and their effect on the portfolio, workers' compensation status, and its effect on the portfolio.

Research accounts receivable information for aging, concentration, and other issues as well as research end debtors for financial viability and credit worthiness based on financial information and credit information available.

Review transactional information for anomalies that may affect Advance's position. Potential risk factors are identified promptly and communicated to the appropriate teams.

Thorough and accurate research and reporting of all data.

Prepare and present accurate reports regarding the client base.

Timely and accurate completion of tasks is maintained in an organized, effective, and positive manner.

Maintain open and professional relations with clients and debtors. All duties are implemented in a manner to support company policies and procedures and enhance teamwork.

Other duties assigned.

Job Qualifications

Ability to analyze financial data and identify trends.

Precision in reviewing financial documents and reports.

Effectively communicating findings and recommendations.

Proficiency in financial software and tools like Excel, SQL, and financial modeling software.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $21.00 - $23.50 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Monday to Friday

Ability to Relocate:

• East Rochester, NY 14445: Relocate before starting work (Required)
