Duties
- Supervise and coordinate production team activities on the assembly line
- Ensure products are manufactured in a timely manner and meet quality standards
- Train and mentor production staff on operating machinery and tools
- Monitor inventory levels and order materials as needed
- Implement safety protocols and ensure compliance with regulations
- Troubleshoot production issues and recommend improvements
Requirements
- Previous experience in a manufacturing facility or similar environment
- Proficiency with power tools, hand tools, and mechanical knowledge
- Ability to operate a forklift and work on an assembly line
- Strong leadership skills to guide and motivate a team
- Knowledge of fabricating and assembling processes
Job Type: Contract
Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
