Responsibilities :
- Handle administrative needs of Executive
- Arrange conference calls and meetings
- Plan work-related travel details
- Receive visitors
- Maintain and order supplies
- Assist in taking orders from customers
- Receive payment from customers
- Assisting other office staff with needs
