Customer Support Representative
As a Customer Support Representative, you will engage with our customers, professionally address inquiries, accurately process orders, and proactively resolve issues.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Interact with customers via telephone, email, or online chat, providing support and information on products or services.
- Ensure appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer problems and concerns.
- Maintain customer accounts and records of interactions, including details of inquiries, complaints, or comments.
- Utilize knowledge of specific products, services, or areas of expertise to answer inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
- Service-oriented with the ability to resolve customer grievances.
- Proficient in computer skills with the capacity to learn new software.
- Knowledgeable, or able to quickly learn, about products, services, or areas of customer service specialization.
Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Experience in customer service is required.
- Preferably some experience with the product or service area to which the specialist will be assigned.
Physical Requirements:
- Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds at times.

Starting Salary: $20 - $24/hour or higher depending on experience.
