Day To Day Activities May Include
- Operations Manager support
- Customer billing
- Inventory receiving and cycle counts
- Assist with procurement issues
- Supplier invoicing discrepancies and accounts payable support
- Order entry for special delivery and pick up needs
- Mill claim submission
- Managing freight rates and bill of lading
- Special product sourcing
- Safety and regulatory compliance
- Customer engagement
- Business oriented discipline preferred
- The ability to multi-task and prioritize with guidance in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Back up support for other locations may be required
