Warehouse Supervisor
Overview :
Warehouse shift supervisor directs / supervises the workforce on day-to-day operations / shifts, safety, and people within the warehouse.

Responsibilities :
- Responsible for all warehouse production
- Manage all warehouse activities, facility and grounds maintenance, compliance, planning, order assembly and dispatch of goods.
- Supervising shipping compliance per customer specifications.
- Track productivity to meet company requirements and maximize operational efficiency.
- Supervising and maintaining the company’s policies and procedures.
- Maintains physical condition of warehouse by maintaining organization; inspecting equipment; informing management if equipment requires repair or replacement.
- Completes warehouse operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees, following up on work results.
- Trains warehouse team, ensuring completion and proper execution of work procedures, including employee development and performance appraisal.
