We’re looking for an experienced Project Manager to oversee and manage our growing portfolio of projects across various states, including Texas, Arizona, and Wisconsin.
Job Responsibilities:
- Project Planning and Execution:
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets for concrete construction projects.
- Ensure all projects are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.
- Team Coordination:
- Manage and lead multiple crews working on various sites.
- Assign tasks, monitor progress, and ensure safety and quality standards are upheld.
- Stakeholder Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact between clients, contractors, and internal teams.
- Provide regular updates on project progress, address concerns, and manage expectations.
- Budget and Resource Management:
- Monitor project expenses and ensure cost control measures are in place.
- Coordinate material orders and deliveries, ensuring proper resource allocation.
- Compliance and Quality Assurance:
- Ensure all projects comply with local, state, and federal regulations.
- Oversee quality control checks and inspections for concrete structures.
Qualifications:

- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
