Key Responsibilities
Leasing Support:
Work alongside the Leasing Manager to assist with leasing-related tasks, such as responding to inquiries, coordinating property tours, and enhancing the resident experience.
Create marketing content to highlight available apartments, amenities, and unique property features to attract prospective residents.
Support property listing optimization to ensure consistent branding and competitive positioning in the market.
Collaboration with the Marketing Department:
Partner with the marketing team to execute content creation projects, including apartment walkthroughs, photos, videos, and virtual tours.
Coordinate with the marketing department to develop and upload promotional materials across digital platforms.
Provide insights and updates from the leasing office to inform marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Content Creation:
Produce and edit engaging digital content for social media, property websites, and advertising platforms.
Assist with creating posts, stories, and videos tailored to St. Louis properties to increase engagement and drive leads.
Organize and maintain a content library, ensuring all assets are accessible and updated.
WeChat Engagement:
Assist with WeChat communications, including posting content, responding to inquiries, and engaging with prospective residents from international markets.
Develop strategies to effectively utilize WeChat as a leasing and marketing tool.
Performance Reporting:
Monitor and report on the performance of leasing and marketing initiatives, including website traffic, social media engagement, and WeChat interactions.
Provide data-driven recommendations to improve campaign results and leasing outcomes.
Event Support:
Help coordinate resident and leasing events, capturing content and ensuring successful execution in collaboration with the marketing team.
Additional Responsibilities:
Perform other related tasks to support the Leasing Manager and marketing team as needed.
Qualifications
Education: Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Marketing, Communications, Real Estate, or a related field preferred.
Skills: Interest in real estate marketing, leasing, and digital content creation. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in video editing tools, Canva, social media platforms, and/or WeChat (preferred). Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team in a fast-paced environment. Passion for providing an exceptional resident and prospect experience.
Additional Requirements:
Successful completion of a criminal background investigation and drug screening before employment.
Satisfactory responses to reference checks, proof of identity, and legal authorization to work in the United States.
