Aboutthe Position
Under the supervision of the Family Wellness Healthcare Directorthis position serves as the department Administrative Assistant performing avariety of complex multi-disciplinary, compliance and business activities. Theposition requires excellent organizational and computer skills and the abilityto multi-task in a multi-disciplinary behavioral health / medical focuseddepartment.
EssentialDuties and Responsibilities include the following :
1. Assistsupervisor with the day-to-day operations.
2. Attending all assignedstaff / department meetings, and department / site meetings, and completingin-service and annual training.
3. Worksclosely with Procurement to maintain and report inventory of office suppliesand break room items ensuring the stock levels are managed effectively tosupport ongoing operations.
4. Facilitator and note taker fordepartment meetings.
5. Knowledge and adherence to allpolicies on safety and security.
6. Practicing confidentiality andprivacy protocols in accordance with HL7N policies and HIPAA requirements
7. Participating in complianceactivities to ensure ongoing consistent review.
8. Cross-trainingfor front desk scheduler.
9. Supportthe Director in overseeing the department's budget and credit cardexpenditures, ensuring optimal allocation and financial integrity.
10. Contributingto team effort by accomplishing assigned tasks with accuracy, activelyparticipating in group meetings and assisting others as necessary.
11. Prepare and maintain accuraterecords.
12. Prepare clear and concisereports using correct grammar, punctuation, and spelling.
13. Maintain objectivity andconfidentiality.
14. Gather and analyze data, drawconclusions, and make recommendations.
15. Use word processing,spreadsheet, and database applications on personal computer.
16. Participate in organization wideplanning of activities.

SpecialSkills :
Musthave advanced competency with office automation (Word, Excel, Access, andPowerPoint) systems and strong working knowledge of applicable nationalcertifications standards, such accreditation bodies. Strong analytical andcritical thinking skills. Attention to detail and the ability to problem solve.
