Assistant Corporate Controller

We are seeking an Assistant Corporate Controller to contribute to our fun, diverse, and collaborative environment. This role, based on site at our home office in South Lake Union, reports directly to the Controller and partners across all levels of the organization. Ideal candidates possess strong interpersonal skills and thrive in team-driven settings.

Responsibilities :

• Supervise one direct report and support broader accounting team development.
• Oversee accounting and financial reporting for Beecher's and Sugar Mountain Livestock.
• Manage cash flow forecasting for Beecher's and Sugar Mountain Livestock.
• Coordinate period closes and reconciliations across all subsidiaries.
• Perform and coordinate annual outside reviews and audits for subsidiary financial statements.
• Implement, document, and maintain effective SOPs, internal controls, and systems.
• Lead efforts in migrating accounting systems from Great Plains and Compeat Advantage to Business Central / Dynamics / Inecta.
• Review and approve borrowing base documents.
• Perform commission calculations and payouts.
• Provide light financial analysis to support decision-making.
• Support and help lead the annual budget process.
• Approve credit limits and set up new customers.
• Participate in ad hoc projects and assignments as needed.

Compensation :

The starting salary range for this position is between $120,000 - $140,000 per year, plus an annual bonus plan. Actual compensation will be determined by skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
