Girl Scouts of Oregon and Southwest Washington seeks a skilled Development Coordinator, Corporate Giving, who shares our vision of helping Girl Scouts change the world.
What You'll Do
In this role, you'll be responsible for designing and implementing a comprehensive development strategy for corporate donors. You'll work closely with the Director of Development to achieve annual revenue goals, find the best ways to engage current and prospective corporate donors and create strategies for corporate donor engagement.
Responsibilities
- Manage a strategic portfolio of corporate donors and prospects and engage in regular outreach.
- Work closely with GSOSW Staff and the Board of Directors to appropriately leverage their contacts and involvement to engage individual and corporate donors and prospects.
- Leverage the Moves Management process to deploy appropriate cultivation and stewardship tools to increase donor engagement and giving.
- Assist with cultivation and stewardship events and coordinate details to ensure they run smoothly.
- Ensure all corporate donor cultivation, solicitation, stewardship, and giving activities and information are captured accurately and in the RE system.
- With the Fund Development Team, create and implement a robust and comprehensive cultivation and stewardship activities toolbox.
- Coordinate with the grant writing team on the development and writing of corporate proposals and solicitation materials.
- Coordinate efforts with other GSOSW Departments to inform and engage corporate donors through events, communication pieces, and donor networking opportunities.
- Promote community awareness of GSOSW and its programs.
- Represent GSOSW at meetings and functions in a professional manner consistent with Girl Scouts' image and mission.

Salary : $52,500 - $63,000
