Description
As the Executive Assistant, for the Emergency Care business, you will provide high-level administrative support requiring you to be a detail-oriented, proactive, and organized individual who can handle a variety of tasks and projects, ensuring smooth and efficient operations within the R&D department.
Your role :
- Manage and maintain executives' schedules, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and prepare agendas and materials for meetings, conferences, and presentations.
- Assist in planning and organizing R&D events, workshops, and team-building activities

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in Bothell, WA is $69,000 to $108,000
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge / skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered.
