Missile Body Operations (MBO) Group is seeking a Fleet Ballistic Missile (FBM) Production Controller at the Strategic Weapons Facility Pacific (SWFPAC) in Silverdale, Washington.
The Production Controller roles and responsibilities include but are not limited to :
- Perform functions to control movement of equipment, material, parts, sub-assemblies, assemblies, and complete missiles within a dynamic processing environment.
- Collect and analyze operational data for ongoing
projects and planning.

Basic Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or 2 years of experience on Project / Production Planning, Manufacturing Processes, Data Analysis.
Demonstrated proficiency in MS Excel, MS Project or other Scheduling / Data Analysis Software.
US Citizenship required with the ability to obtain and maintain DoD Secret Security clearance. Cannot be a dual citizen. Interim Secret Clearance required prior to start
Desired skills
Previous SWF or related production experience.
Certified Lean Six Sigma Green / Black Belt.
Strong written, verbal and presentation skills.
Effective interpersonal communication and team building skills.
