ABOUT THIS ROLE
This 40-hour per week, Monday through Friday (9 AM - 5 PM) position provides structure and stability, allowing you to balance professional growth with personal commitments.
As a Talent Development Coordinator at Industrial Credit Union, you will play a pivotal role in the human resources, administration, and training functions of our organizational development department. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include handling administration tasks related to human resource initiatives and ensuring a seamless employee experience from recruitment to development. You will collaborate with various departments to execute training programs, assist in engagement efforts, and contribute to building a strong workplace culture. Each day, you will manage essential human resource records, support talent development initiatives, and provide key training resources that empower our employees to thrive. WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR IN A TALENT DEVELOPMENT COORDINATOR
- Banking operations knowledge with 1 years of experience preferred
- 2 years of experience in banking, administration, training, or human resources
- Reside in Whatcom, Skagit, or Snohomish counties
- Strong attention to detail, follow-up, and communication skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality
- Ability to quickly learn and operate programs and systems
- Ability to use various digital tools and platforms
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse personalities, other team members, and departments
