Dispatcher/Customer Service Representative

Mac’s Plumbing, Heating, & Air is hiring experienced Customer Service Reps and Dispatchers. We are looking for detail-oriented hard workers who are eager to serve customers on the phone with patience and care and who learn quickly.

The ideal candidate will be able to perform the following duties:

• Answer customer inquiries via phone, text, and email
• Work as a team player and be willing to assist when help is needed
• Maintain constant connection with filed and office staff
• Dispatch, monitor, and follow up with progress of technicians in the field
• Communicate with customers and provide excellent customer service

To perform these duties, the following experience will be helpful:

• 2 years phone-based customer service (plumbing or HVAC)
• 2 years dispatching (plumbing or HVAC)

This is a full-time, Monday-Friday day shift position.
