Plumbing Installer
We are seeking a qualified Journeyman Plumber Installer to be a part of the team. The right candidate will be able to install new residential water heaters, perform water and sewer service, whole house repipe, plumbing fixtures such as new toilets, faucets, water softeners, circulation pumps, and more. If selected for this position, you will be working both alone and as part of our team. When the position is carried out in a team setting, you will be responsible for keeping the job on schedule, keeping helpers on task, and adhering to job costs.
The candidate selected will be responsible for the following duties:
- Performing all work safely and efficiently
- Maintaining a safe and acceptable driving record in accordance with company policy
- Maintaining responsibility for overall customer satisfaction with regards to communication, workmanship, and quality
- Ensuring that the necessary paperwork is completed and turned to the appropriate person or location
- Utilizing the proper tools and techniques to ensure efficient, timely, and quality installation of all products
- Entering time and mileage and materials into all relevant software
- Downloading and uploading data and information into the customer’s account in the company database
- Ensuring that payments are collected upon job completion
To perform these duties, the following experience will be helpful:
- High school diploma or GED
- Valid driver’s license and the ability to adhere to safe driving practices
- Must be completely drug-free at all times
- Must pass background check
- Must possess the ability to lift heavy objects with appropriate lifting tools that are up to 150 pounds
- License to be a plumber is preferred, but not required
- Must possess mechanical aptitude and the skills necessary to operate hand power tools and equipment
- 2 years’ experience of installation in a plumbing or mechanical trade
- Must have the ability to operate a mobile device and navigate company software
- Must have strong organizational, time management, and communication skills
The position includes the following pay and benefits:
- $60,000 - $125,000 a year, plus bonus and commissions
- Health, dental, and vision benefits
- Paid time off
