The candidate must have excellent communication skills, be able to work well under pressure, and have a valid driver's license.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, the candidate must possess a college degree or equivalent work experience. OSHA certification in construction (10, 30, 510, or 500) is required, as well as proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). The candidate should also be able to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
