Accounts Receivable Clerk

We are excited to be adding a Accounts Receivable Clerk to the MAC Trailer Team. Our Accounts Receivable Clerk compiles and maintains accounts receivable records by performing the following duties. This position will report to the Accounts Receivable Supervisor.

Please note that shift hours are 8am – 5pm with additional overtime. 

Wage Range: $17.50 - $22.50

What you will do:  

• Prepares analysis of accounts, as required.
• Assists in monthly closings.
• Prepares daily cash deposits and completes daily out cash control document.
• Records finalized cash receipts and updates accounts receivable ledger.
• Obtains and mails invoice copies for customer, as requested.
• Responsible for collection on invoices and tracking of past due invoices.
• Processes daily credit card deposits.
• Files check stubs and bank receipts.
• Performs all related duties as assigned.

• Obtain and process credit applications.

• Establish, control and monitor lines of credits.

• Provide proper title documentation for customers.

• Maintain proper tax documents.

• Assist in assigned projects within the department.

• Associate degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school preferred. Or six months to one-year related experience and/or training Or equivalent combination of education and experience.
