Shift hours are Mon - Fri 5am - 1:30pm with opportunity of additional overtime as needed.
Pay Range by Tier:
Tier I - $22.50 - $24.25
Tier II - $24.50 – $28.25
Tier III - $27.50 - $32.25

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Related to pneumatic and hydraulics assignment of work:
● Perform and abide by safety policies and procedures while performing within the scope of the related tasks and assignments of this position. ● Review and comprehend specification documentation related to this positions assignments to ensure products are manufactured to customer requirements and MAC quality standards. ● Retrieve and prepare pneumatic and/or hydraulic components and related materials to facilitate installation. ● Ensure products are capable of receiving intended pneumatic and/or hydraulic applications. ● Preparing typically the frame or chassis of the product to receive pneumatic and/or hydraulic components. i.e., utilizing hand power tools to drill to accommodate pneumatic (Airline) and/or hydraulic lines. ● Install appropriate pneumatic) and/or hydraulic components and material in accordance to specifications and MAC quality standards. ● Position, align, adjust, work pieces to facilitate appropriate routing of components. ● Install additional components related to this position’s assignment and scope of work. Example: Air bags, Assemble mud flap brackets and flaps, Stamp serial numbers, install serial tags. • Inspect completion of work and installation of components, assemblies, connections, and fittings to assure operational. ● Assist team members as needed and instructed. ● Organize work areas including restocking needed parts and materials and keeping work area clean during and at end of shift. ● Communicate to management issues of concern and any other pertinent information that affects the safe and productive completion of product. ● Any other related assigned duties.
Related to electrical assignment of work:
● Perform and abide by safety policies and procedures while performing within the scope of the related tasks and assignments of this position. ● Review and comprehend specification documentation related to this position’s assignments to ensure products are manufactured to customer requirements and MAC quality standards. ● Retrieve and prepare electrical and wiring components and related materials to facilitate installation. ● Ensure products are capable of receiving intended electrical components. ● Preparing typically, the frame or chassis of the product to receive electrical components. i.e., utilizing hand power tools to drill to accommodate electrical components including lights and light retainers. ● Install appropriate electrical components and material, including lights, light retainers, and electrical instruments, in accordance to specifications and MAC quality standards. ● Position, align, adjust, work pieces to facilitate appropriate routing of wiring and wiring components. ● Install additional components related to this position’s assignment and scope of work. ● Assist team members as needed and instructed. ● Organize work areas including restocking needed parts and materials and keeping work area clean during and at end of shift. ● Communicate to management issues of concern and any other pertinent information that affects the safe and productive completion of product. ● Any other related assigned duties.
Qualifications, Education, and/or Experience:

● Ability to read, interpret, and comprehend, detailed drawings, specifications, measurements, and safety policies and procedures. ● At times, the ability to read basic instructions related to accessories and components related to work assignment (Air, Hydraulics, wiring applications) ● Ability to perform basic math functions. ● Ability to operate hand power tools. (Drills, Saw, pneumatic tools, etc.) ● Tractor Trailer knowledge is preferred. ● Able to work alone or as a team. ● Demonstrated experience with mechanical applications. (wiring-pneumatic) ● Mechanical proficiency is necessary.
Physical Demands:
● Working in a manufacturing environment, maneuvering self throughout work area, product, Equipment. ● Manual dexterity with both hands is required. ● Lifting up to 50 lbs. ● Will stand, walk, climb, balance, stoop, kneel, bend at the waist, crouch or crawl, reach, pull, Push.
Position Tiers:
• Tier 1: Employees in this tier are new to the position. Employee is under direct supervision as they learn the skills and duties of the position. • Tier 2: Employees in this position have developed the skills required to perform the job. There is supervisor involvement checking completed work for quality. • Tier 3: Employees in this position have mastered the skills required to perform the job. The individual does not need direct supervision and may be responsible for training and/or assisting newer employees in the department.
