Excellent Human Relations skills required, excellent verbal and written communication skills required, 10-key by touch required, ability to interact well with the public under all circumstances required, ability to work well with frequent interruptions required, proficiency in spreadsheet and word processing applications required, prior experience with Microsoft Office and ERP applications a plus.
High school diploma or equivalent preferred, prior experience in accounts payable desired, experience in manufacturing office setting desired and experience operating office equipment in a medium office setting desired.
Job conditions: Telephone usage and exposure to manufacturing environment.
Normal working hours: 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.
