About the Position

Duties
- Assemble and mount trailer parts according to customer specifications and MAC quality standards
- Review and interpret detailed drawings and measurements
- Communicate effectively with colleagues and supervisors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Perform daily custom assembly tasks within designated time requirements
Requirements
- Mechanical experience and knowledge of trailer building
- Ability to read and understand basic measurements and use basic lengths of measurement
- Oral comprehension and expression skills to listen to and understand information and ideas presented verbally and then effectively communicate the information and ideas verbally
- Ability to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted
- Ability to work any shift based on production need
