Assembly Line Associates at MAC Valves, Inc
We are seeking highly motivated individuals to join our team as Assembly Line Associates on all shifts. This role is perfect for those who enjoy working with their hands and are looking for a challenging and rewarding career.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work 40 hours per week, including overtime, to meet production demands
- Operate various tools, including torque guns and wrenches, to assemble pneumatic valves
- Lift occasionally (less than 25lbs) to move equipment and materials
- Collaborate with colleagues in a fast-paced group environment to achieve common goals
- Contribute to the development and implementation of process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
