As our Employee Communications Manager, you’ll play a key role in connecting with employees across all levels of the organization. You’ll partner with senior leadership, guide internal communications best practices, and help ensure messages are clear, consistent, and engaging.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute our internal communications strategy.
- Create content that is engaging, easy to digest, and reflective of our culture.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to ensure messaging aligns with company goals.
- Lead the internal communications committee to drive employee engagement.
- Innovate and manage cost-effective communication solutions.
- Work with all divisions to ensure timely and relevant messaging.
What We’re Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, English, or similar.
- 7-10 years of experience in internal communications or a related field.
- Excellent writing, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to lead projects and manage multiple priorities.
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
Bonus Points:
- 15 years of internal communications experience.
- Advanced degree in Journalism or related field.
