With The Hiring Manager's Support, You Will
- Support Sales Team with their usage of various business systems by communicating system updates, submitting enhancements or bugs into IT ticketing system, and work with sales reps to troubleshoot basic issues, while escalating more advanced problems.
- Assist with the development and documentation of workflows and best practices between software solutions and users
- Maintain quoting tool configurations
- Enter, organize, and maintain data with a high degree of accuracy in different business systems
- Collaborate with team members to identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements
- Assist with other operational and administrative tasks as needed.
Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year Bachelor program with an accredited college
- Strong background in project management
- Available to work full-time for 12 weeks (May 12th through August)
