Are you seeking a paid college internship? MacAllister Machinery, a premier Caterpillar dealership known as one of the best equipment dealers in the country, has an opportunity to join our team as a summer intern with our Continuous Improvement team.
As we enter our ninth successful year of the Summer College Internship Program, we are looking for highly motivated, hardworking individuals who likes to problem-solve, lead projects, participate in key business leader relationships, and recommend improvements to existing processes.
With the hiring manager's support, you will assist the Continuous Improvement Management team with analyzing data, improving continuous improvement departmental processes, and other administrative tasks as needed. The C.I. Intern may also participate in continuous improvement projects such as Rapid improvement events (Kaizen), process and value stream mapping, and process flow evaluations.
As an intern at MacAllister Machinery, you will work cross-functionally and across state lines, collaborate with other interns, and participate in various activities and events throughout the summer!

Qualifications
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year Industrial Engineering Bachelor program with an accredited college
- Systems and data analytics background
- Six Sigma Yellow Belt or Greenbelt
- Available to work full-time for 12 weeks (May 12th through August)
