Our internship program provides students with the opportunity to gain on-the-job experience in all areas of business and technical fields. We are a premier Caterpillar dealership known as one of the best equipment dealers in the country!
As we enter our ninth successful year of the Summer College Internship Program, we are looking for highly motivated, hardworking individuals who like to problem-solve, lead projects, participate in key business leader relationships, and recommend improvements to existing processes.
With the hiring manager's support, you will develop a project charter to map out objectives, identify key stakeholders, and establish timelines and deliverables. As an intern at Michigan CAT, you will work cross-functionally and across state lines, collaborate with other interns, and participate in various activities and events throughout the summer!

In This Internship Role, You Will Be Asked To
- Enter, organize, and maintain data with a high degree of accuracy.
- Perform basic data analysis to generate insights and support decision-making on data projects.
- Collaborate with team members to identify inefficiencies and suggest process improvements.
- Support the development and documentation of workflows and best practices.
- Assist with other operational and administrative tasks as needed.
