Description
Objective
This position is responsible for evaluating the condition of used equipment by performing visual and functionality inspections to support the growth of used equipment sales.
Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities :
- Generate revenue by preforming accurate and detailed visual and functionality inspections on equipment at customer job sites and / or in-shop
- Coordinate and schedule inspections with customers and appropriate sales representatives
- Ensure all documentation is thorough and accurate, including pictures documentation as needed
- Provide customer service that meets or exceeds customer expectations
- Assist in daily sales and listings of Used Equipment Consignment Program
- Generate sales leads by determining customer needs and identifying equipment, services, and / or parts that MacAllister provides and routes sales leads to appropriate sales representative
