are seeking a driven and detail-oriented summer intern to join our team. This role offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event management and event operations. The ideal candidate will assist with organizing and maintaining our marketing inventory while supporting the planning and execution of events throughout the summer. Key Responsibilities : Marketing Inventory Management
- Conduct a comprehensive inventory of marketing materials at our HQ storage facility, maintaining accurate and detailed records.
- Develop and implement a streamlined process for inventory tracking and check-outs. Event & Tradeshow Support
- Contribute to the planning, execution, and post-event analysis of summer events, including tradeshows, conferences, fairs, and open houses.
- Provide on-site support during events, ensuring smooth logistics and set-up. Process Development
- Collaborate with the team to create efficient workflows for inventory and event-related tasks. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain practical experience in marketing and events while contributing to impactful projects. Qualifications :
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Interest in marketing, event planning, or operations
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
- Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Currently enrolled in a 4-year bachelor’s degree program with an accredited college
- Currently pursuing a major in advertising, marketing, or related field
- Available to work full-time for 12 weeks (May through August)
