Position Summary
This position will perform mechanical services on compact tractors and landscape / turf equipment. This includes but is not limited to the troubleshooting, repairing, and inspection of equipment.
Position Duties / Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
- Diagnose and repair compact tractors and landscape / turf equipment, with emphasis on small engines
- Ensure all documentation is completed accurately and efficiently; service reports, allocation of time, and tracking parts charged and returned
- Maintains customer satisfaction by ensuring customer needs and deadlines are met
- Complete all scheduled repairs in a safe and efficient manner
- Ensure equipment and parts areas are in excellent, safe operating condition
- Adheres to all safety rules and maintains quality housekeeping in shop area
- Maintains equipment and supplies to avoid waste, prevent accidents, and damage to personnel and equipment
