We are seeking a skilled CDL Driver to join our team at MacArthur Co. As a key member of our logistics operations, you will be responsible for delivering building materials to job sites, warehouses, and residential homes. Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver building materials accurately, safely, and on time
- Provide quality service and support to our customers
- Inspect loaded trucks for order accuracy and compliance with weight restrictions
- Collaborate with customers and co-workers to resolve any issues or concerns
- Conduct DOT-required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Assist in coordinating deliveries and maintaining inventory levels
- Verify delivery schedules are met while providing friendly and professional service
- Ensure the entire delivery team uses appropriate PPE when necessary
- Assist in loading and unloading trucks during downtime
Qualifications:
- Be at least 21 years old
- Hold a valid CDL Class A or Class B license
- Pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
- Maintain a clear FMSCA Clearinghouse record
- Have 1 year of prior commercial driving experience
- Fork truck and Boom/Crane experience is helpful but not required
- Be able to drive to and from locations using navigation tools
