The Credit Analyst will enhance the company’s revenue streams by deciding on new and existing credit customers through careful and detailed analysis. This includes prioritizing new applications and conducting thorough credit assessments of available information. They will serve as a primary point of contact for new customer applications and/or sales teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Inputting and reviewing new credit applications
- Reviewing documents to ensure they are complete and accurate
- Confirming credit reference information
- Analyzing quantitative and qualitative data to make application decisions and set credit limits
- Managing account setups in the ERP system
- Handle portal setup and administration
- Conducting welcome calls, handling credit line inquiries, and providing portal and invoice training, as well as explaining payment expectations
- Reviewing credit limits and purchase order releases, and reissuing invoices
- Performing other duties as assigned.
Required Skills:

- Ability to communicate with customers professionally
- Accurately maintain customer account information and ensure proper documentation
- Ability to analyze financial data and credit reports to identify trends and potential credit risk issues
Qualifications:
- Business or Accounting degree preferred
- Prior credit or collection experience
- Proficient in computer systems at a competent level
