Responsibilities:
- Deliver building materials to job sites, warehouses, and residential homes
- Provide excellent service and support to our customers
- Inspect loaded trucks for accuracy and security
- Collaborate with customers and co-workers to resolve any issues or concerns
- Conduct DOT-required pre-trip and post-trip inspections
- Assist in coordinating deliveries and maintaining inventory levels
- Verify delivery schedules are met while providing exceptional service
- Ensure the use of proper PPE among the delivery team
- Support loading and unloading trucks during downtime
Requirements:
- Be at least 21 years old
- Hold a valid CDL Class A or Class B license
- Pass a DOT pre-employment drug test
- Maintain a clean FMSCA Clearinghouse record
- Have 1 year of prior commercial driving experience
- Fork truck and Boom/Crane experience is desirable but not essential
- Use navigation tools to drive to and from locations
