Key Responsibilities:
- Warmly greet guests with a friendly smile and professional hospitality.
- Safely park and retrieve vehicles, adhering to all traffic laws and hotel guidelines.
- Maintain an organized and efficient valet area to optimize space and ensure smooth traffic flow.
- Keep the valet area clean, hazard-free, and visually appealing for guest satisfaction.
- Load and unload luggage carts and properly tag and store luggage.
- Escort guests to their rooms and provide an overview of room features, hotel services, and amenities.
- Make deliveries to guest rooms and assist with room changes as needed.
- Support special events by directing traffic and assisting with guest needs.
- Offer accurate directions, promote hotel events and features, and stay knowledgeable about local attractions.
- Address guest inquiries and concerns promptly, escalating issues to management when necessary.
- Collaborate closely with the front office and other hotel departments to enhance the guest experience.
- Communicate effectively with team members to ensure a seamless arrival, stay, and departure process.
- Handle confidential guest information with discretion and professionalism.
- Uphold the hotel's luxury service and hospitality standards by demonstrating integrity, respect, and teamwork.
- Follow and practice sustainability guidelines.
- Follow all safety and security protocols to maintain a secure environment.
- Adhere to company policies, including punctual attendance, uniform and grooming standards, scheduled meal and rest breaks, and professional conduct.
- Perform additional duties as assigned by management to support hotel operations.
- Previous valet parking or driving experience preferred, especially in a hospitality setting.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Ability to safely operate both manual and automatic transmission vehicles.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with a guest-service approach.
- Professional demeanor, adaptability, and ability to perform in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to handle physical tasks, including prolonged standing, walking, lifting, and assisting with luggage.
- Obtain and maintain Food & Alcohol Handler’s Certification if required upon hire.

- Requires frequent standing, walking, running, reaching, lifting, and pushing up to 50 pounds.
- Must have flexibility for alternate shifts and schedules, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
