PROFILE
This role focuses on delivering consulting and implementation services to meet the growing demand among our customers for professional-level data management using SOLIDWORKS PDM (Professional and Standard) and SOLIDWORKS Manage. We utilize our expertise in these tools to help customers achieve enhanced document control, streamline internal and external processes, and gain a deeper understanding of the data they own. We offer services to help customers transition from no data management to a fully customized solution, including training, and provide services that focus on growing or improving a customer’s existing Data Management systems.

We utilize our expertise in these tools to help customers achieve enhanced document control, streamline internal and external processes, and gain a deeper understanding of the data they own. We offer services to help customers transition from no data management to a fully customized solution, including training, and provide services that focus on growing or improving a customer’s existing Data Management systems.
Duties And Responsibilities
- Assess customers' engineering, manufacturing, and other business requirements to configure the SOLIDWORKS data management software properly, ensuring it meets their specific needs.
- Work with clients to customize SOLIDWORKS PDM and SOLIDWORKS Manage to meet the needs of their engineering teams
- When required, create engaging presentations to communicate technical ideas, concepts, and solutions to customers and internal TriMech team members
- Provide installation, upgrades, mentoring, and training for SOLIDWORKS data management tools and MS SQL
- Scheduling your time to document and complete projects effectively
- Mechanical Engineering degree or equivalent experience
- Strong oral communication skills, as well as outstanding interpersonal skills (individual, group, in person, and via electronic media internally and with clients)
- Requires good familiarity with Windows and PDM/PLM software
- Basic knowledge of coding and the willingness to learn Microsoft SQL querying
- The ability to work both self-sufficiently and as part of a team
- Must be able to work directly with customers in various situations
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and long-term projects
- Time and electronic project tracking skills
- Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; travel will be required (5% approx)
- Relevant Citizenship or Existing Work Authorization
- Computer Network & Hardware experience
- Experience configuring/administering with SOLIDWORKS PDM, SOLIDWORKS Manage, or Microsoft SQL
