Acquisitions Analyst – Real Estate Investment (Atlanta)
Macdonald & Company have partnered with a privately backed real estate investment firm that’s scaling fast in the healthcare space. With 30 assets under management and active capital to deploy, they’re focused on strategic, core-plus acquisitions across the U.S. They’re now hiring an Acquisitions Analyst to join their tight-knit, high-performing team in Atlanta. This is a hands-on role with real visibility — you’ll work closely with senior leadership on new investments and portfolio performance, gaining exposure across the full deal cycle.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Underwriting new acquisitions and supporting the full transaction process
- Conducting market research, due diligence, and financial modelling
- Preparing investment memos and presentation materials
- Assisting with asset management strategy and performance tracking
- Collaborating across internal teams and external partners
What They’re Looking For
- 1–3 years’ experience in real estate acquisitions, investments, or asset management
- Strong financial modelling and analytical skills
- Exposure to commercial real estate (medical office a bonus, not required)
- A proactive mindset — someone who thrives in a lean, fast-moving environment
- Clear communicator with a collaborative, team-first approach
