Key Responsibilities :
- Support the execution of asset-level business plans
- Analyze portfolio performance, leasing activity, and financing opportunities
- Prepare reports for senior management, investor relations, and loan compliance
- Evaluate new tenant opportunities and lease structures
- Assist with lender negotiations and due diligence for financing
- Collaborate with Property and Asset Management teams on budgeting and forecasting
