The Role
The CFO will be responsible for overseeing all financial aspects of the company, with a particular focus on managing debt relations with private lenders and supporting growth initiatives. This position reports directly to the CEO and is a key member of the senior leadership team.
Role Responsibilities
- Lead financial strategy and planning, developing long-term forecasts based on market trends and investment opportunities
- Manage relationships with private lenders, optimizing the company's capital structure and securing funding through various global sources
- Oversee the accounting department and manage relationships with third-party accounting service providers
- Develop and implement financial models to assess the feasibility and profitability of potential real estate investments
- Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting under industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Identify and assess financial risks associated with real estate investments, including market fluctuations and interest rate changes
- Support investor relations efforts, managing communication with investors and developing presentations showcasing the company's financial performance and growth potential
