The Development Manager will be responsible for sourcing and executing on real estate projects across Multifamily and Hotel development projects. You will work closely with the development analyst to evaluate potential projects, analyze market trends, and identify areas of opportunity. Your expertise will be essential in driving comprehensive business plans, overseeing due diligence efforts, and ensuring timely project delivery.
Key Accountabilities
- Develop and implement strategies to identify and acquire suitable land parcels for development projects.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including landowners, real estate brokers, and local government officials.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality projects that meet or exceed stakeholder expectations.
