Key Responsibilities :
- Drive capital raising efforts and cultivate relationships with investors, JV partners, lenders, and other stakeholders.
- Identify, evaluate, and pursue new asset acquisitions.
- Collaborate with the CEO and executive team on strategy development, leadership succession planning, capital allocation, and investment decisions.
- Oversee financial performance, manage risk, and ensure adherence to regulatory compliance.
- Lead the development and launch of innovative products and services.
- Implement marketing strategies to drive brand growth and visibility.
- Conduct regular financial reviews, guide strategic planning efforts, and lead major company initiatives.
- Monitor and analyze company performance, implementing corrective actions when necessary.
- Foster a positive, mission-aligned work environment that supports the firm’s values and long-term vision.
- Develop recruitment, training, and compensation plans to attract and retain top talent, while mentoring staff to deliver superior client service.
