The Role
The Property Manager is responsible for the operational performance of commercial office properties in San Francisco, inclusive of supporting leasing through a 3rd-party, overseeing CAPEX & Tenant Improvement projects, inspecting properties, dealing with tenant queries, and more.
The firm have a small, tight-knit team of professionals and are growing the portfolio of assets locally through developing multiple new properties.
