We're looking for a Procurement Manager to lead and optimize our daily procurement operations, ensuring efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and compliance with company policies. In this role, you will develop and execute strategic procurement plans, analyze purchasing trends, and streamline processes to enhance overall performance.
Your expertise in vendor evaluation, negotiation, and contract management will be key to securing favorable terms and strengthening supplier relationships. Additionally, as a People Manager, you will mentor and develop your team, fostering cross-functional collaboration and driving professional growth.

- Develop and execute strategic procurement plans to enhance expediting, delivery tracking, and reporting initiatives
- Analyze purchasing trends to identify cost-saving opportunities and drive continuous process improvements
- Evaluate and strengthen supplier performance, proactively addressing warranty issues and fostering strong supplier relationships
- Collaborate cross-functionally with internal teams to align procurement strategies with business objectives
- Mentor and develop team members, fostering professional growth and a high-performance culture
Your Background: What kind of person will thrive in this role?
You should have...
- A bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, OR at least five years of procurement experience, including a minimum of two years in a managerial role
- Strong knowledge of procurement regulations and compliance standards
- Certified Professional in Supply Management (CPSM) or a similar certification (preferred)
- Willingness to travel as needed to engage with suppliers and stakeholders
- Proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite
- A proven ability to build and maintain strong supplier relationships
- A strategic problem solver who thrives on finding innovative solutions
- Collaborative and able to build strong relationships across teams
- Accountable and driven, taking full ownership of your work and team success
- An effective communicator who can convey complex ideas clearly
