We are seeking a dedicated ADT Program Manager to join our team and support individuals with disabilities in achieving greater independence and personal growth. This role ensures program compliance, oversees team operations, and provides high-quality services that promote skill development, community inclusion, and personal success. General Responsibilities:
- Ensure compliance with MTC policies and procedures, Agency for Persons with Disabilities (APD) regulations, and other regulatory requirements.
- Stay up to date on rules and regulations and help develop policies and procedures to ensure compliance.
- Work flexible hours and take on additional duties as needed to support the Day Program and MTC’s strategic vision.
- Assist with transportation, community inclusion, and cleaning duties as assigned.
Budgetary Responsibilities:
- Maintain a basic understanding of the Annual Programmatic Budget and assist in ensuring that program operations align with financial resources and policies.
- Collect and input monthly attendance data for billing submission according to established deadlines.
Programmatic Responsibilities:
- Attend and participate in Support Plan meetings and develop Implementation Plans (IP) that are person-centered, meaningful, and goal-oriented.
- Create and monitor individual training programs to track progress in all areas of life, including work, home, and community engagement.
- Train skills coaches on training programs and data collection, ensuring plans are effectively implemented and adjusted as needed.
- Collect data and generate progress reports to track individual and program outcomes.
- Complete and submit all required documentation, including quarterly/annual reports, satisfaction surveys, and consent packets within deadlines.
- Maintain communication with individuals and their support networks to ensure continuity of care, satisfaction, and grievance resolution.
- Organize and maintain client files and participate in quality assurance reviews and service audits.
Supervisory Responsibilities:
- Support and guide assigned team members in their professional development and personnel matters.
- Oversee Time Cards and Payroll documentation, ensuring accurate and timely submission.
- Ensure that training programs and activities are meaningful and implemented effectively.
- Maintain classroom and learning spaces in a clean, organized, and engaging manner.
- Assist with emergency situations, evacuations, and shutdown notifications for staff.
Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:
- Associate’s degree in education, social services, or a related field (preferred).
- Minimum of two years of experience working with adults with disabilities, cognitive impairments, or functional impairments (required).
- Experience may be substituted for education on a year-for-year basis.
- Must be at least 18 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Additional Requirements:
- Valid Florida Driver’s License.
- Must pass a Level II background screening, drug screening, and FDOT/MVR check.
- Required Skills & Competencies:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on providing exceptional customer service.
- Excellent organizational and task management skills, with the ability to prioritize and multitask.
- Knowledge of developmental disabilities, person-centered models, and personal outcomes.
- Ability to provide differentiated instruction and training to individuals with varying ability levels.
- Self-directed with the ability to work in both independent and team environments.
- Strong leadership skills, with the ability to provide clear direction and constructive feedback to team members.
- Understanding of federal, state, and local compliance requirements for Adult Day Training (LDS3) services, including annual audits.
