Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and energetic Expo/Food Runner to join our dynamic team. They play a crucial role in ensuring that our guests receive their meals promptly and with exceptional service. This position requires an individual who is passionate about food service and guest satisfaction, with the ability to communicate effectively and work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Deliver food from the kitchen to the dining area efficiently and accurately.
- Assist servers by ensuring that all tables are properly set and maintained throughout the dining experience.
- Communicate with kitchen staff regarding any special requests or dietary restrictions from guests.
- Bring One Take One!!!! While serving plates to guest don't forget to pre-bus!
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service or a similar role is preferred but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of food safety practices and proper food handling techniques.
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with guests and team members.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
- A positive attitude, willingness to help others, and commitment to providing outstanding guest experiences.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but can be learned on the job.
