Marketing Coordinator under the following terms:
Job Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
• Assisting brokers with yacht listing information
• Managing MLS systems
• Social Media Management
• Website Management
• Boat Show/Tournament/Event Organization
• Analyzing sales data/marketing reports
• Photography/videography editing
• Verifies all sales contracts and listings are accurately represented, complies, and in alignment with company policies
• Uses independent judgement and discretion when dealing with listings and contracts
• Coordinate the closing process with brokers, communicate with clients/ brokers to gather necessary information for listings and sales closings
• Communicates with clientele in a professional and friendly manner
• Liaise with Marketing and Accounting to update, report and record information
• Provide excellent customer service • Administrative tasks as assigned
• Marketing Reports
• Broker Licenses/ Renewals
Additional benefits to include: - Health insurance (Florida Blue) to be paid 100% by the company eligible after your first 90 days of employment - Two (2) weeks of paid time off (PTO) eligible after your first 90 days of employment. Three (3) weeks of paid time off to be eligible beginning your 3rd year of employment. - Holiday Paid time off. The office will be closed for major holidays and will close in advance of a holiday, at Jamie’s discretion. - SEP (Simplified Employee Pension): Participation will begin your third year of full-time employment with the contribution beginning in the fourth year.
